Just had my hair done at Apgujeong and this was my second visit. Jacky did a great job with my hair dye on both visits, and will be back. The choice of colours was good, managed to find the right balance of not being too bright neither too dark. The other hairstylists weren’t as friendly though, so I can’t say the same for the rest.

The review for this place is so good however not satisfied at all with the haircut and service. I initially asked for volume rebond but was offered to do it with C-Curl as volume rebond wont make much changes on my current hair. Ended, i paid for much for my hair to look 95% of my previous hair before treatment. Mybe my fault for not checking how C-curl looks like but it definitely ended almost same with my previous hair. Unfortunately no photo of my before and after to compare. Though i still need to recommend them for the good service during booking appointment despite my multiple date changes. Paid almost $600 for Volume Rebond with Perm and Haircut.

I just walked in without any appointment today and met Agnes at the counter. She was very friendly so I decided to get her to cut my hair. I’m so happy with my decision. She was approachable and very professional. I had fine hair and she immediately know what kindda cut is suitable for me. She will also share tips on how to take care of my hair and how to make it fuller as well. I left the salon feeling fresh and happy! Love my new haircut. Thank you, Agnes. I will definitely come back again!

I had an amazing experience with Jacky as my hair stylist! He truly has a gift when it comes to hair. He listened carefully to what I wanted and offered valuable suggestions. The end result was even better than I had hoped for. I highly recommend him services.

They did a decent job with my hair but I was treated pretty poorly. I said I did not want to pay extra and have my hair cut even though I have split ends because I came for a different treatment. They kept pushing me to cut my hair — even though I would rather not get it done there (and is it not my choice?). And when I gave them a final hard no, the woman at the salon used the word ‘anjing’ to describe me to her colleague. at first I didn’t understand, so I let it go. Only found out she called me a bad word after I googled it outside of the shop. Is this how you treat your customers? She made casual conversation afterwards so it struck me as her using the word casually when she was upset that she couldn’t up sell me. It rubbed me the wrong way and I feel pretty embarrassed that I went to this outlet instead of my usual stylist in the CBD. Not returning to this place at all. Plus, did not offer any thing to drink at all even though I spent $380 and 3 hours there. Terrible treatment, do not recommend.

Agnes was very patient. She listened tentatively to my concern with regards to my hair colour. She was very professional and flexible in mixing a colour which suits me best. She paid attention to details. She noticed I didn't like my fringe, therefore she recommended me a fringe that suits me and Voila!! I am loving my new fringe designed by Agnes. Thank you Agnes for the awesome experience. Will definitely visit Apgujeong Waterway Point again :)

First time went for a haircut at this saloon.feels no pressure, the hairstylist Jacky really listened to what I want. Also thanks to Yen for the serum recommendations which I specifically enquired for a odorless one.
